Following schooling in Harpenden and St Albans Manjeet qualified in dentistry from Guy’s Hospital, London in 1998. After working for some years in London and St Albans he then opened Harpenden Dental Centre in 2005 in order to establish a modern dental practice working to the highest clinical standards. Manjeet is particularly skilled in working with anxious and nervous patients and over the years has helped many people overcome their fears and phobias of the dentist.
Manjeet is a specialist endodontist (root canal treatment). He qualified with distinction from King’s College London. He has been accepting referrals for root canal treatments for over 10 years and in this time he has built up an excellent reputation with referring dentists for his skills as an endodontist.
Manjeet has a strong commitment to postgraduate education and teaching of root canal treatments. He currently holds the position of Deputy Programme Director for the distance learning MSc in Endodontics at King’s College London. Manjeet is also a Senior Clinical Teacher of root canal treatments at KCL.
Manjeet is a member of the British Endodontic Society.

Angela completed her specialist training in 2008 and is on the specialist register for periodontics. She completed her training with an MSc (Distinction), a Master of Clinical Dentistry (University of London) and a Membership in Restorative Dentistry (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh).
Angela accepts referrals for all aspects of periodontology. The treatments that she will provide include non-surgical and surgical periodontal techniques including regeneration, mucogingival soft tissue management, adjunctive antimicrobial therapy and crown lengthening.
Angela has worked in hospital and private practice. She has worked in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ipswich Hospital and as a staff grade oral surgeon at Guy’s Hospital, London. She has also taught on the undergraduate programme at Guy’s Hospital, King’s College London (KCL).

Monica passed her MFDS at the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians and was awarded her certificate of completion of specialist training for periodontology after obtaining her master of clinical dentistry with merit and becoming a Member in Restorative Dentistry.
Monica is a specialist periodontist and a specialist clinical teacher of periodontology at Guy’s Hospital, KCL. Her special interest is in surgical periodontology and implant placement. She has conducted research and has published and co-authored papers in leading dental journals. Monica is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology and currently sits as their commercial liaison officer.

In 2000 Emiliano completed a 2-year full-time program in implant dentistry at New York University. In 2004 he received the degree of academic expert (AE) in gnathology from Donau University, Vienna. In 2008 Emiliano completed the M ClinDent in periodontology at the Royal London Hospital, passing with distinction.
Emiliano is a specialist periodontist and a specialist clinical teacher of periodontology at Guy’s Hospital, KCL. His special interest is in implant dentistry (surgical and restorative) and periodontology, in particular in regenerative techniques and soft tissue management (recession coverage and gingival deficiencies in the aesthetic zones).

Sheri Razavi graduated from King’s College Dental Institute in 1999. Following vocational training Sheri was a senior house officer in oral and maxillo-facial surgery in Portsmouth during which time she obtained her MFDS RCS.
She completed her specialist training in prosthodontics with merit in 2007 from King’s College London. During this time she was also a clinical teacher of undergraduate dental students at Guy’s Hospital, KCL.
Sheri is a specialist prosthodontist and has a particular interest in the treatment of toothwear, missing teeth and cosmetic dentistry.
She is also experienced in non-surgical treatment of facial lines and wrinkles. She uses botulinum toxin (Botox and Azzalure) and fillers (Restylane) to achieve natural and effective results.

Sonia completed her specialist training from King’s College London (KCL) in 2014 and joint the Prosthodontics Specialist Register.
She has since worked in specialist practice and her particular area of interest is composite bonding in tooth wear cases and the provision of removable prosthodontics.
She does however, enjoy all aspects of the varied nature of prosthodontic work and a multi-disciplnary approach.
Sonia also holds a PG Certificate in Clinical Education and has been a clinical teacher at KCL

Aubrey is part of our dedicated Dental Specialist Team in providing intravenous conscious sedation.
He did his undergraduate training in General Medicine at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, and further postgraduate training in General Anaesthesia, and Advanced Conscious Sedation and Pain Management.
He has lived locally for the past 20 years and has gained considerable experience in Dental Anaesthesia, Dental student tutoring in sedation and providing Advanced Conscious Sedation techniques at various UK Dental Referral Centres. He regularly attends further professional training, Sedation Conferences, clinical seminars, UK Resuscitation Training, participates in annual GMC Appraisals and GMC Medical Practice Revalidation requirements.
He enjoys spending time with his family, friends, travelling, playing tennis and cycling in the local Hertfordshire countryside.

Professor Stephen Challacombe is a special advisor to Harpenden Dental Centre, providing us with his clinical knowledge and specialist expertise in the fields of oral medicine and oral microbiology.
Professor Challacombe is an internationally renowned researcher and clinical specialist in oral medicine. He is a professor of oral medicine at the University of London and a consultant in diagnostic microbiology and immunology at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals. Professor Challacombe was head of division of oral medicine, pathology, microbiology and immunology at Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ Medical and Dental School between1986 – 2005 and is an honorary consultant in oral medicine to the UK Armed Forces.
Professor Challacombe is author or co-author of over 200 peer reviewed papers and 160 other publications on: mucosal immunity; immunological, dermatological and microbiological aspects of oral diseases; oral medicine; candida infections; immunological aspects of dental caries, oral manifestations of HIV infection and oral tolerance. He is editor or co-editor of 7 books including the seminal text on Food Allergy and Intolerance.
Professor Challacombe assists the specialist dentists with complex cases involving aspects of oral medicine related to dentistry e.g. atypical oral lesions, persistent ulcers, white and red patches and dry mouth related problems, and the oral aspects of gut, skin and autoimmune diseases.
Sonia is an experienced and skilled hygienist. She trained and qualified as a hygienist from the Institute of Salvador Segui, Barcelona, Spain. Sonia has a gentle touch, yet thorough approach to dental hygiene.
