Endodontics
Manjeet Singh Ahlowalia
BDS (Guy’s, London)
Following schooling in Harpenden and St Albans Manjeet qualified in dentistry from Guy’s Hospital, London in 1998. After working for some years in London and St Albans he then opened Harpenden Dental Centre in order to establish a modern dental practice working to the highest clinical standards.
Manjeet has a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) and has completed numerous postgraduate courses to develop his expertise in this and other fields. He is currently undertaking the highest level of specialist training in endodontics at Guy’s Hospital, London (KCL).
He is also a clinical teacher of undergraduate students at Guy’s Hospital, London.
Manjeet is also particularly skilled in working with anxious and nervous patients and over the years has helped many people overcome their fears and phobias of the dentist. Manjeet is a member of the British Dental Association and the British Endodontic Society.

Monica Lee
BDS MFDS RCPS MSc M ClinDent MRD RCS
Monica qualified from the United Medical & Dental School of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in 1997 after which she became a senior house officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery and passed her Membership in Dental Surgery examinations at the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow).
She obtained her Masters and specialist periodontology qualifications from Guy’s Dental Hospital (King’s College London). She obtained her Master of Clinical Dentistry with Merit and was awarded her Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training for entry to the General Dental Council Specialist List in Periodontology.
Monica is a specialist clinical teacher of periodontology at Guy’s Hospital and enjoys lecturing on her specialist subject to general dental practitioners. Her special interest is in surgical periodontology and implant placement. She has conducted research and has published and co-authored papers in leading dental journals.
Monica is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology and currently sits as their Commercial Liaison Officer.

Assif Ahmed
BDS (lond) MFDS RCS (eng) MClin Dent
Assif qualified from the Royal London Dental Hospital in 2002. After completing vocational training in Bedford Assif took up a Senior House Officer role in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in Hertfordshire. Assif successfully gained membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2004. Since then he has completed specialist training in Prosthodontics at Guy’s Dental Hospital, London.
His research interests include the study of severe dental erosion. He has a number of areas of clinical expertise and experience including restoration of extensively worn dentition, implant restoration and all forms of cosmetic dentistry. Assif is a member of the Association of Dental Implantologists and the International College of Prosthodontics.

Emiliano Zanaboni
DDS, PG Implant Dentistry (NY), MClin Dent, AE Gnathology (Vienna)
Emiliano graduated from the University of Turin, College of Dentistry, Italy in 1997 with honours, 110/110 cum laude (the highest grade). In 2000 he completed a 2-year full-time program in implant dentistry at New York University. In 2004 he received the degree of academic expert (AE) in gnathology from Donau University, Vienna. In 2008 Emiliano completed the MClinDent in periodontology at the Royal London Hospital, passing with distinction. Emiliano is a clinical teacher of periodontology at Guy’s Hospital, London. His special interest is in implant dentistry (surgical and restorative) and periodontology, with particular emphasis on regenerative techniques and soft tissue management (recession coverage and gingival deficiencies mainly at the aesthetic zones).
Emiliano is an active member and approved mentor for the Association of Dental Implantologists, he is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration and he has been invited to become a mentor in implant dentistry for the Academy of Dental Implantology. He also lectures regularly in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Saba Qureshi
BDS, MFDS RCS (Eng), MSc, MORTH
Saba completed her undergraduate dental training from St. Bartholomews’, London and the Royal London Hospital. She then went on to gain experience in general dentistry, maxillofacial surgery and paediatric dentistry before specialising in orthodontics.
She obtained her Masters and specialist orthodontic qualifications from Guy’s Hospital, London. Saba now exclusively practices in orthodontics and constantly strives to keep abreast of new developments in order to provide the very best level of service for her patients.
Saba is a member of the British Dental Association, the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the British Orthodontic Society and the European Orthodontic Society.
Dr Fiona Challacombe MA (Cantab) DClinPsy CPsychol
Fiona qualified as a clinical psychologist from the Institute of Psychiatry in 2005, having previously worked in clinical research. She treats a range of mental health problems and has a specialist interest in anxiety and phobias. She currently works in an NHS national referral centre for anxiety disorders, the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma at the Maudsley Hospital, London. |
